Create with Connie & Mary Saturday Blog Hop!

Welcome to a Saturday Blog Hop at Create with Connie & Mary. We are having so much fun this week. We are all creating Easter favor's. I thought I would create something that you can whip up easily by using our Sweet Cups. Look how cute my cup turned out:

I added some punch art and die art to the lid to resemble a bunny butt with feet! I even added a cute bunny tail! The bottom of the Sweet Cup is quite simple with a ribbon tied into a bow and the sentiment cut into two pieces and glued in place with Mini Stampin' Dimensionals:

Products Used:
  • Stamps: You're Inspiring
  • Inks: Sahara Sand
  • Cardstock: Sahara Sand, Powder Pink
  • Accessories: Powder Pink 3/8" Mini Ruffled Ribbon, Pearl Jewels, Sweet Cups
  • Tools: 1/4" Handheld Circle Punch, 3/4" Circle Punch, Layering Circle Framelits Dies, Layering Oval Framelits Dies, Large Letters Framelits Dies, Mini Stampin' Dimensionals. Stampin' Dimensionals, Paper Snips
Directions, Lid:
  • Layer #1: Cut a 2-7/8" circle using Sahara Sand Cardstock and the Layering Circle Framelits Dies. Glue to the top of the lid using Stampin' Dimensionals.
  • Tail: Using the flower die from the Large Letters Framelits Dies, cut (2) using Powder Pink Cardstock. Glue the two flowers together using Mini Stampin' Dimensionals. Glue to the lid using Mini Stampin' Dimensionals. Add a Pearl Jewel to the center of the flower.
  • Feet: Cut (2) ovals using Sahara Sand Cardstock and the 2" long oval from the Layering Oval Framelits Dies. Glue to the lid. Cut (2) circles using the 3/4" Circle Punch and Powder Pink Cardstock. Glue to the center of each foot. Cut (6) circles using the 1/4" Handheld Punch. Glue to the feet and add Pearl Jewels to each circle.
Directions, Bottom:
  • Bow: Wrap the ribbon around the cup bottom and tie into a bow.
  • Sentiment: Stamp the sentiment using Sahara Sand Ink on Sahara Sand Cardstock. Using Paper Snips, cut the two words apart into rectangles and glue both to the front of the bottom using Mini Stampin' Dimensionals.
