Truly Tailored meets True Gentleman Designer Paper!

When I get in a slump, and yes I do, just like anyone else...I dig out my Stampin' up! catalogs or our demonstrator magazine called Stampin' Success for inspiration. The project for today can be found in our Quarter 2 Stampin' Success. The only thing I changed was the placement of the bow tie and omitting the button:

Only 3 pieces of designer paper were needed to form the bowtie using the Bow Builder Punch. I also stamped the mustache and the word DAPPER twice, hand-cut and glued in place over the original stamped versions and glued in place with Stampin' Dimensionals for height. You can see the height in this photo below:

The card base was embossed using the Simple Stripes Embossing Folder and layer #2 was embossed using the Sparkle Embossing Folder:

I used this card for a Stamp Camp I held last week along with three other cards that I've already posted in the past. I was so busy with my new grandbaby Kylee, my granddaughter Kaitlynn's 10th birthday and my daughter's birthday two days ago and needed some quick samples to get my Stamp Camps going again. Thanks to all of you that attended!

  1. This is so cute! great idea for a masculine card! I always find them so difficult to do!
