When it comes to Halloween, it's my favorite time of year for creating. I love that you can create treat holders with very little supplies. Today for Day #2 of my 10 Days Of Halloween Projects, I am showing you how to wrap a Reece's cup. Look how adorable this project is:
And a close-up of the kitty cat. I even adorned her with a pretty bow:
First start out with a piece of Spooky Night Designer Paper measuring 4" x 6". Score at 1-1/4", 1-3/4", 3-7/8" and4-3/8" and fold like this:
Add Tear & Tape on one end and remove the backing. Add the Reece's cup inside the designer paper and wrap the sides around the chocolate. Press the flap with the adhesive over the other flap to glue in place.
To decorate the front, cut a circle using So Saffron Cardstock and the 2-1/4" Circle Punch. Glue in the center of the treat holder. Cut one of the cat images from the Spooky Night Designer Paper using the Cat Punch and glue the kitty in place over the circle using Stampin' Dimensionals. Create a small bow with the Fresh Fig Sheer Ribbon and glue in place on the cat's tail. Finish off the treat holder by stamping the sentiment on Very Vanilla Cardstock using Basic Black Ink. Cut out with the 1" Circle Punch and glue in place with Stampin' Dimensionals.
Thanks for stopping by to visit me today. Tomorrow I will share a new project for Day #3. Here are the Stampin' Up! products I used today:
