Thumping Technique & New Video!

Hi Stampers! I have an oldie but goodie today. A few of the girls on my team were discussing a technique that was new to them. They asked me about it and we finally decided that I should complete a video showing the steps to the "Thumping Technique". Have you ever tried this technique? If you don't know what this technique entails....I'll show you but first let's look at my card for today:

The "Thumping Technique" is what was used for the detail of my trees. Notice how the Cucumber Crush Ink is joined by Cherry Cobbler and Chocolate Chip Inks? That's what I'm going to show you how to do in my video today! Here's a close-up:

Now click on my video or on the link below it to view what this is all about! Enjoy!

  1. Debbie: I love that you write measurements on post its and stick to the cardstock in your video! Also, that you introduce all your pieces of the project and stack up at the beginning of the video. Great job! TFS

  4. Very nice! I haven't done the thump in forever! I like how old techniques show up time and time again over the years.
