Our first Blog Hop for February is all about "Love Is In The Air". Welcome to our Saturday Blog Hop at Create with Connie & Mary. I used non-traditional colors for my Valentine's card today using the Sealed With Love Bundle:

The tiny die-cut envelopes are so fun. I even created one using Vellum Cardstock. I love the teeny tiny envelope that closes by alternating the flaps:

Want to make a card just like this one? Here's how:
  • Card Base: Flirty Flamingo Cardstock 11" x 4-1/4". Score and fold at 5-1/2".
  • Layer #2: Soft Sky Cardstock 5-1/4" x 4". Glue to card base.
  • Layer #3: Whisper White Cardstock 5" x 3-3/4". Stamp the heart image repeatedly in rows using Flirty Flamingo Ink. Glue to card front.
  • Envelopes and Everything else: Create the envelopes using Soft Sky, Flirty Flamingo and Vellum Cardstocks. Stamp the images using Flirty Flamingo Ink on Whisper White and Flirty Flamingo Cardstocks and use the die-cuts to cut them all out. Glue in place as shown. Stamp one heart using Soft Sky Ink on Soft Sky Cardstock. Cut out with the die and glue in place.
  • Sentiment: Stamp the sentiment using Flirty Flamingo Ink on Whisper White Cardstock. Cut as skinny as you can using Paper Snips. Add a "V" at the ends and glue in place.
Stampin' Up! Supplies:
  • Stamps: Sealed With Love
  • Inks: Flirty Flamingo, Soft Sky
  • Cardstock: Flirty Flamingo, Soft Sky, Vellum, Whisper White
  • Tools: Love Notes Framelits Dies
