Merry Monday Challenge #226!

Lori is the hostess at  Merry Monday Challenge this week and we were to add a winter fun theme to a Christmas card:

I decided to use the Cookie Cutter Christmas stamp set for my card and added two Eskimos playing in the snow:

I started out be creating my own igloo using the Layering Ovals Framelits Dies and embossing with the Brick Wall Embossing Folder. I then used the Clear Wink Of Stella and painted to embossed lines. I love the way this turned out. It looks great in real life:

And aren't the little Eskimos adorable? I used a Blender Pen and my inks to color them in and then punched them out with the Cookie Cutter Punch:

Here's a listing of the supplies I used on my card:

  • Stamps: Cookie Cutter Christmas
  • Inks: Early Espresso, Island Indigo, Blushing Bride
  • Cardstock: Island Indigo, Early Espresso, Whisper White
  • DSP: Serene Scenery
  • Tools: Clear Wink Of Stella, Cookie Cutter Punch, Softly Falling Embossing Folder, Brick Wall Embossing Folder, Layering Ovals Framelits Dies, Stampin' Dimensionals, Blender Pen

Visit Merry Monday to say Hi to my teammates and to see their beautiful projects!
