Merry Monday #199!

A brand new challenge is up starting today at Merry Monday. Our hostess is Colleen and take a peek at what she has posted for the theme this week:

I thought I would get a little creative by using a poinsettia as my "O" in the word "JOY":

The card is pretty "Clean & Simple" but I think what I have for layers is really all it needs, don't you? The card base was embossed with the Boughs & Berries Embossing Folder:

I used the flower image from the Watercolor Winter stamp set and used Mossy Meadow and Pear Pizzazz as my ink and cardstock colors. I completed the flower by adding a Metal Rimmed Pearl in the center:

Thanks for stopping by to visit me today! I hope you plan on playing this week and uploading your project to our gallery. Visit my teammates at Merry Monday to see what they've created for you this week!
