The Black Glimmer Paper and the Silver Glimmer Paper really work well for this card don't they? And the white Christmas flowers really pop against the background layers:
I added Metal Rimmed Pearls for the center of each flower and used an embossing folders from my stash for the background.
I have another card to show you also. When I work on my Merry Monday assignments, I usually create a whole month in one sitting and for some reason, I did not think I had completed this challenge and made another card using the same colors, this was actually the first card I had created:
I love the way the white trees really show up with the black trees in the background. I added just a hint of sponging at the top by keeping it subtle:
I hope you enjoyed both of my cards today and I hope to see a project from you in our Merry Monday gallery!
Before I go I would like to ask you for your help. I joined in on a little contest with this card entry:
It's an International Blog Highlight and the top 5 winners get to participate in a future International Blog Hop. I would love it if you voted for my card by going to Kylie's blog link listed below and clicked on the little heart in the top right-hand corner of my entry. I am entry #3 and thanks in advance:
