3D Delicate Ornament & Video!

So as you read my blog post today, I am still in Baltimore Maryland and our Stampin' Up! event is over-with. Dave and I will be driving home for the next two days. This was a mini vacation for us. My brother and his family live in Connecticut so will be stopping in the visit on the way home. Dave really misses our beagle Ruger and wants to hurry home. A friend of his has been watching him all week in his home. You really get attached to your pets don't you?

So the slew of cards you see here are the swap cards I made at home before I left for Baltimore. I made 40 cards. The ornament coordinates with the one card was given to a teammate of mine as a thank you. Although Dave and I stayed at a hotel outside of Baltimore, Suzanne had to drive by for Saturday's event and picked me up at the hotel!

Here are the two coordinating projects. The ornament is what I am focusing on today because I had multiple requests for a video from my customers. Before I left home I recorded and edited the video so that it would load while I was gone.

A few days after I created the card and ornament in the photo above, I decided to add gift tags to the mix and I have a direction sheet for you at the end of my post:

This ornament is a great project to use in a class or with a group of children:

Here's the view from the very top. I used White Glitter Ribbon for the top:

Can you believe I assembled the 40 cards while Dave was driving us to a doctor's appointment last week? I had all the pieces cut and stamped and took a flat lap desk with me and finished them all while Dave drove!

The ornament on the card sits up a little higher with the aid of Stampin' Dimensionals. I just love the little Silver Foil topper on the ornament. And the Rhinestone Jewels really add a nice touch to the card:
