Maine Demo's Card Candy Swap!

Good Day Stampers! I have lots of photo's to show you today. I belong to a group of girls from Maine that are all Stampin' Up! Demonstrators. Each quarter we have a swap of some sorts. For the first quarter of 2014 our swap theme was "Card Candy". And just what is "Card Candy"? Take a peek at my swap and maybe you can guess:

"Card Candy" are pieces that are created with the intention of it being removed from the bag and added to a card to finish it off. Most of the work is done for you. All you need is a card base and maybe a few layers of cardstock or designer paper and then you plop one of the candies onto your card! All the pieces have Stampin' Dimensional on the back so you can just peel n stick! How neat and cool is that! Here are the swaps I received:

Cathy Autrey:

Karen Leveille:

Deb LaRosa:

Carrie Arsenault:

Tracey Roy:

Jeannine Tarrio:

Eileen Frost:

Linda Harvey:

Vicki Hagerman:

Bethany Crummett:

Grab some friends and family and make this a group activity! It's a lot of work but so well worth the end results when you have all these little pieces ready for a card when you need one in a hurry!
Thanks for stopping by to visit!

  1. Love this amazing parade of cards Debbie, lots of wonderful ideas, layouts and color combination to CASE, thank you so much for sharing them.

  2. Debbie, Have a question. Did each of you make these "Candy's" and put them in the bags? Or does Stampin' Up sell them? Either way, cute as the dickens and I love them. Thanks for the interesting blog.

    1. Hi Paula, we each made our own. Our theme was birthday's. We all made our own and packaged them and then swapped! It was a lot of work but fun!
