CCMCSPRING14-04!

Oh how I love our new "Fringe Scissors" at Stampin' Up! and what a wonderful opportunity to show them off for you today with our last Spring Collection Subscription challenge at Create with Connie & Mary. Here are the colors for today's challenge:

And here is my card featuring the 3 colors:

I created some grasses with my "Fringe Scissors" to end up with a little scenery for my stamped animals and trees from the "Life In The Forest" stamp set. Notice the cute chevrons at the bottom of my card? They are actually made out of wood and are called "Essentials Wooden Elements". I colored them with "Basic Black Ink" and a "Sponge Dauber":

I used my "Blender Pen" and inks from my ink pads to color the stamped images. For the sun, I used a circle cut from the "1 1/4" Circle Punch as a stencil and sponged around it. I removed it and added just a hit of color on the inside. I also outlined all of my stamped images with some highlights as well:

Be sure to visit the design team to see what we've all come up with in our last week of the Spring Collection Subscription!
