Free Friday-Triple Layer Stampin'!

TGIF! As you read this post today, Dave and I coming back from a 7-Day Cruise to Bermuda and we will arrive to Boston, MA this morning. And yes, I tricked you huh? I've been posting all week even though I've been gone. We own a business and I never post or alert anyone that we are gone from home...just in case, even though my daughter is there checking on the house for us!

For today's card I am showing you a "Triple Layer Technique Card":

The "Blooming with Kindness" stamp set is so perfect for this technique. If you would like to know how to complete a card such as this, click here for my step-by-step tutorial: Triple Layer Technique!

Doesn't Melon Mambo and Basic Black look great paired together this way? And adding just one solo "In Color Dahlia" finishes off the card so perfectly. I am hoping to have time to play with some of my new stuff when I get home tomorrow. My pre-order from the new up-coming catalog arrived the day before we left for vacation and it's been sitting in my stamp room for a week now. So neglected!

Stampin' Up! Supplies:
  • Cardstock: Basic Black, Whisper White
  • Inks: Basic Black, Melon Mambo
  • Stamps: Bloomin' with Kindness
  • Accessories: In Color Dahlias
  • Tools: Mini Glue Dots
