Another Announcement!

THIS POST WILL REMAIN AT THE TOP FOR A FEW DAYS. PLEASE SCROLL DOWN FOR NEW POSTS!

Hi Stampers!

As demonstrators, we have the right to change our minds once in a while right? Let me explain. About a month ago, I decided to turn this blog into a "business only" Stampin' Up! page because I was frustrated in receiving lots of rude emails about how I should run my blog. I won't go into details at this time. I was upset and at the time, I decided to start a 2nd blog which would be "Private" and primarily used for my customers and downline. It worked and I had some very appreciative and positive subscribers but because this new blog was private, it caused things not to go so smoothly. My subscribers could not follow me like they do on this blog, by receiving notices or emails in their readers whenever I update and because I was trying to run two blogs, I would forget to post on this one or the other one. It was too hard to keep up with both.

I will be moving the posts from my new blog back to this blog and continue on like it was before. I ask that you please keep comments positive but mostly ask that private emails to me be kind and considerate.  You will see about 20 posts in the next week or so run maybe a few per day to catch  me up.

Thanks for stopping by to visit!

  2. I'm so sorry you have been troubled by inconsiderate messages. I don't know why people choose to be rude, but please know they do not represent the majority. I am however thrilled to see you are going back to one blog since I did not have access to the private blog. You have beautiful creations and I enjoy following you. Thank you so much for sharing your ideas.

  4. HUGS!!!!! It never fails to amaze me how people think they have the right to tell someone else what to do, just because they have a public blog. It's YOUR blog. Do as you will!!! I've been through this many times myself, and it is always irritating.

  8. Hi, Debbie-

I haven't followed your blog for long, but I truly appreciate your inspiration and knowledge you share with us. It is sad when a few make it so hard for you to do what you want to do. I'm glad they didn't win and you will continue your blog as you desired. I'm guilty of not commenting on blogs I like...I promise to do better, too!

  10. My dear sister, I pray your blogger friends lift you up and encourage you each day. The people that make negative comments are usually self centered and have low self esteem. They do not deserve your attention by getting you upset. Your blog speaks for itself, you are a beautiful person, your posts are encouraging and they inspire me, I'm sure others will agree. You deserve better and it is YOUR blog! Be Encouraged! Adios, glad

  11. Hi, Debbie...just wanted you to know that I have you and your blog in my Favorites. I love your work and look forward to your posts. I am a SU Demonstrator, I was born in Maine and now live in Colorado. I can't imagine why anyone would post anything negative. I know how much work goes into a blog and hope you can put the negative behind you. I also had a negative comment about a year ago and I let it ruin my business. You are so talented...I/we all appreciate you and your talent. Stay Strong...Carry On!!!

  18. Hi Debbie, I am so glad that you decided to keep on doing what you do so well. It keeps amazing me that some people can be so completely rude. How you run your blog and your business is entirely YOUR business. I enjoy viewing everything you post. You are very talented and I look forward to seeing more exciting and beautiful Debbie's Designs in my mailbox and on your blog. Can you delete the negative comments? I hope so and if not just ignore them. Those people don't know what they are talking about. Just keep on doing what you do so wonderfully well.

    1. Yes I do have the ability to delete demanding comments but it was the emails that upset me. The "delete" button is quite handy and I just need to move on from those. Things have been going well and I'm so happy for people that have sent me thanks you's and positive comments! Thank you!

  19. Hello Debbie: Oh my goodness!! I can't imagine anyone leaving comments on your blog that are not possitive and kind. You are an amazing artist, you have a wonderful talent that you share with all of us here, to get inspired, to get our imaginations flowing, to be creative and to learn from you.
Unfortunately, there are some people out there that are rude and unkind and that's a shame. I will quote little Thumper, the sweet little bunny from the wonderful Walt Disney movie "Bambi".....this is what he said after his mom repremended him for saying to Bambi's mom that the little new born fawn couldn't walk very well....."If you can't say something nice.....don't say nothing at all."
I'm so happy that you decided to keep your blog, I love visiting and learning from you.
    God Bless.
    Maria.
