Wednesday Wacky-Telescoping Image Card!

Good morning everyone. Today is Wednesday Wacky and I have for you a card I created with a new technique I found on Split Coast Stampers. This card is called a "Telescoping Image Card":

Aren't the stamped image layers an awesome way to display? And this really wasn't that hard to accomplish. I decided to sponge all the edges to show off the layers:

You use Stampin' Dimensionals in-between the layers to give height and focus on the telescoping part of the card:

Here is the link for the tutorial on Split Coast Stampers: Telescoping Image Card if you would like to give it a try and here are the supplies I used for today's card:

  • Cardstock: Baja Breeze, Whisper White, So Saffron
  • DSP: Floral Districk
  • Inks: Early Espresso, Stampin' Write Markers
  • Tools: Labels Collection Framelits, Modern Label Punch, Large Scallop Edgelits, Stampin' Dimensionals, Big Shot Machine
  • Stamps: Teeny Tiny Wishes, Cherish Friendship
  • Accessories: Baja Breeze Seam Binding Ribbon, Antique Brads
We had loads of fun last week during our first week with the Create with Connie & Mary Holiday Subscription. We focused on Halloween projects and this week is fall & autumn themed. The best part is that it's not too can still join us!
