Tuesday Tips or Techniques-Shadow Stamping!

I am going to show you how to stamp a shadow today for "Tuesday Tips or Techniques"! If you take a peek at the photo below, you will notice that my branch has a lighter colored "shadow":

You will need the following:
  • Dark Ink
  • Lighter Ink
  • Cardstock
  • Stamp Image
  • Stamp-A-Ma-Jig

Step 1:

Stamp your chosen stamp image in the lighter color first on your cardstock piece.

Step 2:

Using your Stamp-A-Ma-jig (SAMJ), stamp your image on your plastic sheet using the darker colored ink.

Step 3:

Position the SAMJ so that it sits slightly to one side of the image you stamped in Step 1.

Step 4:

Carefully remove SAMJ plastic sheet and stamp the image in place using the SAMJ handle. The photo above and below show you the results. Perfect placement!
