Free Friday-The Great Pumpkin Blog Hop & Blog Candy!

I have lots for you today....a "Blog Hop" and a chance for "Blog Candy" for today's project during Preview Week at Create with Connie & Mary. Elizabeth Price at Seeing Ink Spots will have a free tutorial & project for you and she will be offering blog candy right on her blog. Visit Create with  Connie & Mary for all the details!

And now on to today's "The Great Pumpkin Blog Hop"":

This is week #5 of 13 weeks. If you've missed any of the weekly blog hops, you  can visit Terri's blog "Goin' Over The Edge" to catch them all or you can scroll down to the right on my toolbar and click on "The Great Pumpkin Blog Hop", and you'll have them all on one page!

Now for my card:

What a super way to use up your DSP pieces. I cut each banner 1 1/2" long and 3/4" wide and snipped a "V" at the bottom of each one. If you look closely at the rope that they are all hanging from, I embroidered those by hand. I first paper pierced using a template from the "Essentials Paper Piercing Pack" and then used "Lucky Limeade Baker's Twine" and created a "back stitch":

Card Supplies:
  • Cardstock: Basic Black, Lucky Limeade, Whisper White
  • DSP: Howlstooth & Scaringbone
  • Inks: StazOn Jet Black
  • Accessories: Googlies, Lucky Limeade Baker's Twine
  • Stamps: Wicked Cool, Ghoulish Ghouls
  • Tools: Scallop Oval Punch, Stampin' Dimensionals, Paper Snips
You are welcome to come join our "Blog Hop"!
