Super Sunday-The Paper Players-PP77

Good Morning Blog Readers. With my new blog line-up, I will be completing challenges on Sunday's. I am posting a little later today because I picked a challenge from the The Paper Players and their challenges post on Sunday's. Lesley's Theme Challenge for this week is as follows:

"Today's challenge is a Theme Challenge. I decided to focus on love with Valentine's Day fast approaching...but you could also create a project for a man/woman, a best friend, a work mate, or even a family member.  Love comes in all forms, so feel free to choose romantic or platonic love!"

For those of you that faithfully follow my blog, did you know that anyone can submit cards to a challenge? When I first started stamping, this is how I learned a lot about stamping, by joining in and creating. The Paper Players is a great way to start challenging yourself. I'm sure the design team would love to have you!

I am again using some of the new goodies being sold in the new Occasions Mini Catalog for today's card:

I am sooooo hooked on our new Framelits. This set is called "Labels Collection". You can pick from six different sizes of the same design.........now how cool is that?

And that little tiny heart....comes from a new Embosslit Die called Fashionable Hearts.....again, five different sizes and five different embossing patterns......oh so much to choose from!

You can also view the new Adorning Accents Textured Impressions Embossing Folders. See the little strip of embossing at the bottom of my Basic Black Cardstock layer? These folders come in a package of 3 and are made to emboss edges of your layers. If you click on the card above, you'll see what I'm talking about!

Card Supplies:
  • Cardstock: Basic Black, Whisper White, Rich Razzleberry, Island Indigo
  • Accessories:Large Pearl Basic Jewels, 3/8" Ruffled Ribbon in Island Indigo
  • Inks: Rich Razzleberry
  • Stamps: Sweet Cake
  • Tools: Modern Label Punch, Fashionable Hearts Embosslits Die, Bird Punch, Labels Collection Framelits, Mini Glue Dots, Stampin' Dimensionals, Adorning Accents Textured Impressions Embossing Folders
