Create with Connie & Mary-CCMC-131

Here in Maine, we've had snow since the week of Thanksgiving so how appropriate to have a theme challenge from Create with Connie & Mary called: LET IT SNOW! We Mainers are the experts when it comes to snow. I always chuckle when the national news features clips of cities throughout the nation that make the news with 2-4 inches of snow. We get up to 24 inches at a time sometimes and we don't make the national news!

Here is the card I came up with for "Let It Snow":

Supplies Used:
  • Stamps: Elizabeth, Dasher, Snow Swirled
  • Inks: Whisper White Craft, Baja Breeze, Chocolate Chip
  • Tools: Sponge Dauber, Big Shot, Northern Frost Decorative Strip Die, Top Note Die, Glue Pen, 1 3/8" Circle Punch
  • Accessories: Linen Thread, Brads, Stampin' Dimensionals, Dazzling Diamonds Glitter

  • My Information:
  • Debbie Henderson
  • Stampin' Up! Demonstrator

  1. Love it! Very wintery! It is 54 and sunny here today, so I'll just take that and look at your card if I need a winter day!

  2. This is so pretty! I love how it looks so sparkly and snowy! And Dasher is such a classic! Great job!!

  3. Congrats on PPA Best Dressed! I enjoyed looking through your blog at all the gorgeous cards! You have a new follower. :)

  4. Dasher looks quite at home in the beautiful turquoise snow! Love those torn, glittered edges!

  5. Love the elegance of Dasher with your card! Yes, usually a few inches of snow will pretty much shut down our schools...sad!

Thanks so much for visiting me today. I appreciate your comments!
