My card:
Since there was a blue involved in the colors, I thought I would use clouds, clouds and more clouds! So easy to create your own background by using your 1 3/4" Circle Scallop Punch and using the shape as a stencil. And for the 3D cloud, I used the Scallop Oval Punch:
