Pal Paper Arts-PPA68

Pals Paper Arts Inspiration Challenge from the photo below:

Wowza......this was almost a stumper for me. I can usually whip up a card quick when I have something to go by........this one, not! I knew exactly what I wanted to use for the background but from that point on........I was totally stumped. I stared at the photo and stared at the photo and finally, it came together:

Want a quick and easy way to create your own Cherry Cobbler cardstock? I learned today that when you add Real Red ink to Perfect Plum cardstock.......end result, Cherry Cobbler! Keep reading below and find out how I created my background.

My 2 little vases were created using the Ornament Punch. Just snip a little part on the tip of your ornament to create a flat bottom!

For the background I started out with my Vintage Wallpaper Impressions Folder and using a Brayer, inked the inside of the embossing folder. Keep rolling ink on the folder until you are satisfied with the darkness of the ink:

Insert your cardstock inside the folder, roll through the Big Shot and voila! you now have an embossed background piece with two different colors! I use white cardstock in this sample so you could see the texture and the color:
